We have built 4 houses with 3 different contractors. When it came time to build our current home the builder that built our 2 previous homes wasn't available. So we contacted the designer of our lake house for a recommendation. He said if I was going to build I would have Barry Milbrandt build for me, then he said he's really busy and you probably won't get him, but he would be my number one pick! As luck would have it Barry had just had a project fall through and told us he was available. The very next day he was surveying our lot. To make a long story short, he designed and built our home. Barry is a man of honesty and integrity and you would never regret doing business with him.
